- 以6个设施油桃品种为试材,测定了油桃果实的感官、生理及营养品质等指标,并进行了比较分析,以明确更适合在阿克苏红旗坡地区种植的油桃品种。结果表明:设施油桃在17项指标中最具有显著相关性的因素是单果质量、横径、纵径、可溶性固形物、可溶性糖、维生素C及可溶性果胶含量;6个不同品种中“玫瑰红”和“中油12号”的性状较稳定,其果实品质较高,较适宜在阿克苏红旗坡地区种植。
- Abstract:
- Six kinds of facilities nectarine varieties were used as test material,the sensory,physiological and nutritional quality of nectarine fruit were measured and the comparative analysis were carried on,in order to make clear which variety of nectarine was more suitable for planting in region of Aksu Hongqipo.The results showed that the most significant correlations among the 17 indicators were single fruit weight,the transverse diameter,the longitudinal diameter,soluble solids,soluble sugar,vitamin C and soluble pectin content.The characteriscits of ‘Rosy’ and ‘CPC 12’ were more stable and with higher quality than the others.So that they were more suitable for planting in region of Aksu Hongqipo.
