- 以“赤霞珠”葡萄为试材,采用单因素三水平设计方法,研究了葡萄的叶幕高度对叶幕微气候的影响,并分析了微气候的改变对葡萄酒品质的影响,为贺兰山东麓产区葡萄的优质生产栽培提供参考依据。结果表明:不同处理的叶幕内层光照依次为1.2 m>1.5 m>1.8 m(指叶幕高度,下同);葡萄成熟期间不同处理的月平均气温日较差依次为1.2 m>1.5 m>1.8 m;不同叶幕高度处理对葡萄的总糖含量、pH影响不显著,总酸含量随叶幕高度的增加而降低;不同处理葡萄酒单宁含量依次为1.5 m>1.2 m>1.8 m,且1.5 m处理比1.2、1.8 m处理高出200、230 mg?L-1,不同处理葡萄酒总酚含量依次为1.2 m>1.5 m>1.8 m,花色苷含量依次为1.5 m>1.2 m>1.8 m。综合考虑叶幕微气候、葡萄、葡萄酒品质指标,1.5 m处理能提高“赤霞珠”葡萄及葡萄酒的品质,适宜在宁夏产区推广。
- Abstract:
- ‘Cabernet Sauvignon’ grape was used as test material.Three levels of single factor were designed to study the effects of canopy height on canopy microclimate and quality of ‘Cabernet Sauvignon’ grape,in order to offer the theoretical material with technical parameters of superior grape producing and cultivation on the east foot of Helan Mountain.The results showed that the illumination of the canopy inlayer on different height treatment was 1.2 m>1.5 m>1.8 m (refered to the canopy height,the same as below);the average daily temperature range in a month on different height treatment during maturation was 1.2 m>1.5 m>1.8 m.Different treatments of canopy height made little effect on total sugar content and pH,the total acid content went down as the canopy heights rose.Tannin content in wine of different treatments was 1.5 m>1.2 m>1.8 m,and the treatment of 1.5 m was higher than 1.2 m with the value of 200 mg?L-1,while higher than 1.8 m with the value of 230 mg?L-1;total phenol content in wine of different treatments was 1.2 m>1.5 m>1.8 m,the anthocyanin content was 1.5 m>1.2 m>1.8 m.To sum up the trait analysis of canopy height,grape and wine,it coudl be better to improve the quality of ‘Cabernet Sauvignon’ grape and wine with the canopy height of 1.5 m,and could be generalized in Ningxia.
