- 以15个辣椒品种为试材,均进行接种南方根结线虫处理,通过相对生长量和病情指标的分析,并结合隶属函数进行根结线虫抗性分析。结果表明:抗性最强的是“青农”簇生椒,隶属函数总值为6.1,抗性最弱的农家小尖椒,隶属函数总值为2.3。试验筛选出了对南方根结线虫抗性较强的3个品种,分别为“青农”簇生椒、“盛松”和“青农”羊角椒。
- Abstract:
- Fifteen hot pepper cultivars were used as materials,the relative growth rate and disease index were planted in pots and inoculated with Meloidogyne incognita were measured and analyzed by using subordinate function.The results showed that ‘Cushengjiao’(QAU) which the subordinate function value was 6.1,had the strongest resistance capacity,while ‘Xiaojianjiao’(Nongjia) which the subordinate function value was 2.3 had the lowest resistance capacity.The test was screened for resistance to Meloidogyne incognita that three cultivars were stronger,‘Shengsong’‘Cushengjiao’(QAU) and ‘Yangjiaojiao’(QAU),respectively.
