蕲艾挥发油体外抑菌作用及其机理

- 以湖北蕲春地区道地药材蕲艾为试材,通过水蒸气蒸馏法提取了其挥发油成分,利用抑菌圈法和常量稀释法考察了蕲艾挥发油的抑菌效果,并对其抑菌机理进行了初步研究,以期为蕲艾的药用资源化研究提供参考依据。结果表明:蕲艾挥发油对不同微生物的抑菌效果为金黄色葡萄球菌>大肠杆菌>黑曲霉>青霉,金黄色葡萄球菌抑菌圈直径达1.5 cm,对金黄色葡萄球菌的最小抑菌浓度为8.0 mg?mL-1。不同时间菌体内外蛋白质和核酸含量的变化结果表明,蕲艾挥发油可增加细菌细胞膜的通透性,并对细菌核酸合成有一定抑制作用。
- Abstract:
- Artemisia argyi was used as test material,the antibacterial activity of essential oils against different microorganism was studied by inhibition zone method and constant dilution method.The results showed that the antibacterial activity of essential oils were in the descending order of degree of influence were Staphylococcus aureus,Escherichia coli,Aspergillus niger and Penicillium.The inhibition zone diameter against Staphylococcus aureus reached 1.5 cm,and the minimal inhibitory concentration was 8.0 mg?mL-1.According to the content change of protein and nucleic acid,the antibacterial mechanism of essential oils was enhancement of cell membrane permeability and inhibition of synthesis of nucleic acid.
