- 以10个不同产地的红豆蔻为试材,采用HPLC法及国家药典委员会相似度评价软件,研究了不同产地红豆蔻对其化学成分的影响,以期建立不同产地红豆蔻的HPLC指纹图谱,比较其化学成分的差异,为红豆蔻的质量控制提供有效的方法。结果表明:10个产地红豆蔻中确立了9个共有峰,不同产地的红豆蔻指纹图谱的相似度均大于0.90,并且从获得的分离度良好的共有峰可以看出它们化学成分分布稳定,质量相似性较好,但是成分的比例存在差异。同时,该方法可用于红豆蔻药材的质量控制和评价。
- Abstract:
- Alpinia galanga Will.from 10 different habitats were used as test materials,the HPLC fringerprints of 10 batches of Alpinia galanga Will.were determined,and by National Pharmacopoeia Committee Similarity evaluation software was analyzed.In order to establish the HPLC fingerprint from different habitats,compared the chemical composition difference,to provide an effective method for quality control of Alpinia galanga Will.The results showed that there were 9 common peaks in 10 habitats of Alpinia galanga Will.It was found that the similarity of fingerprint in Alpinia galanga Will.from different areas was greater than 0.90,and the investigated might be shown that the constant distribution of chemical component in Alpinia galanga Will.The chemical component was stable and it was good at similarity about quality.Interestingly,the ratio of chemical component vary in different original habitats.Moreover,the method could be used to a supervise and control the quality of Alpinia galanga Will.
