- 以6个金银花栽培品种的茎尖组织为试材,采用常规压片法进行染色体制片和核型分析,为良种选育提供细胞学基础。结果表明:6个金银花品种的染色体基数均为x=9,其中“九丰1号”是经大毛花加倍而成的同源四倍体,其核型公式为2n=4x=36=4m+24sm+8st(3SAT),属3A型,其余品种均为二倍体。“小鸡爪”的核型公式为2n=2x=18=4m+8sm+6st(2SAT),属3A型;“鸡爪花”的核型公式为2n=2x=18=2m+8sm+8st(4SAT),属3B型;“大毛花”的核型公式为2n=2x=18=2m+14sm+2st,属3A型;“四季金银花”的核型公式为2n=2x=18=2m+10sm+6st(4SAT),属3A型;菰腺忍冬的核型公式为2n=2x=18=4m+14sm,属2A型。核型不对称系数表明菰腺忍冬在进化上较为原始。“小鸡爪”“大毛花

- Stem tips of six kinds of honeysuckle were used as explants,the traditional squashing method was used to prepare mitotic chromosome sample in order to supply cytological base for cultivation breeding.The results showed that the basic number of chromosome was x=9.‘Jiufeng 1’was autotetraploid by doubling ‘Damaohua’ genome,so its karyotype formula was 2n=4x=36=4m+24sm+8st(3SAT),which belonged to 3A type.The others were all diploid.‘Xiaojizhua’ was 2n=2x=18=4m+8sm+6st(2SAT),3A type.‘Jizhuahua’ was 2n=2x=18=2m+8sm+8st(4SAT),3B type.‘Damaohua’ was 2n=2x=18=2m+14sm+2st,3A type.‘Sijijinyinhua’ was 2n=2x=18=2m+10sm+6st(4SAT),3A type.And Lonicera hypoglanca Thunb was 2n=2x=18=4m+14sm,2A type.Their index of asymmetric was demonstrated that Lonicera hypoglanca was the most primitive evolution.The genetic relationships of ‘Xiaojizhua’‘Jiufeng 1’‘Damaohua’ and ‘Sijijinyinhua’ were relatively closed,they all belonged to 3A type.
