干旱胁迫对辣椒幼苗生理指标的影响

- 以3个辣椒品种为试材,采用盆栽控水法,研究不同程度干旱胁迫(断水3、6、9 d)对辣椒幼苗叶片生理指标的影响。结果表明:随着干旱胁迫程度的增加,辣椒幼苗叶片的可溶性糖、游离脯氨酸、丙二醛含量均呈上升趋势,而叶绿素、可溶性蛋白质含量呈下降趋势。
- Abstract:
- Three different varieties of pepper were used as test materials.Water-controlled treatment(3,6,9 days) was conducted to study how different degrees of drought stress influenced certain physiological indexes of pepper seedling by potting plant method.The results indicated that with increasing of different drought stress levels,the contents of soluble sugar,free proline and MDA increased,whereas the contents of chlorophyll and soluble protein decreased.
