多肉植物的叶插繁殖试验

- 以11种多肉植物为试材,采用比较分析的方法,研究了叶插后不同时期的生长状况及不同扦插方式对多肉植物生长的影响,以期为多肉植物种植企业提供参考。结果表明:120 d时,“青丽”“玉珠帘”“红心莲”“姬胧月”“胧月”“青星美人”的萌发率达到100%,插穗死亡率为0;“艳日辉”“星美人”的萌发率达到90%及以上;“虹之玉”的萌发率达到73%;以上9种多肉植物适合在基质上划沟槽,叶片插穗平行摆放,叶片与基质平面保持20°角的扦插方法来繁殖;“蓝石莲”“乙女心”的萌发率分别为58%、35%,需进一步改进繁殖条件和方法。不同叶插方式试验结果表明,在基质表面划沟槽的方法对插穗生根、萌芽最为有利。
- Abstract:
- Eleven succulent plants was taken as materials,the growth status of different stages and the effects of different leaf cutting ways on growth were compared.The results showed that under the way of drawing a small groove on the surface of the substrate and insert leaves placed parallel to the substrate,and keep 20° angle between leaf and substrate surface,the germination rates of Sedum ‘Qingli’, Sedum morganianum ‘Burrito’, Echeveria ‘Perle von Nurnberg’, Graptopetalum ‘Bronze’, Graptopetalum paraguayense,Pachyphytum ‘Doctor Cornelius’ were 100% on the day 120th,while the death rates were 0;the germination rates of Aeonium decorum f.variegata,Pachyphytum oviferum were 90% and above,the germination rates of Sedum rubrotinctum was 73%;illustrating that the leaf cutting and post management were suitable for these 9 succulents;the germination rates of Echeveria peacockii,Sedum pachyphyllum were 58% and 35%,futher illustrating that the propagate means of these two succulents should be improved.Different leaf cutting ways experiments showed that drew a small groove on the surface of the substrate was the best way for cutting′s rooting and sprouting.
