几种杀虫剂对两种常见樱桃果蝇室内毒力测定和田间药效试验

- 以斑翅果蝇和黑腹果蝇为试虫,采用胃毒触杀联合毒力测定方法分别测定了5种类型共8种杀虫剂对黑腹果蝇及斑翅果蝇实验室种群幼虫和成虫的毒力,田间药效试验测定6种杀虫剂防治果蝇的效果。结果表明:杀虫剂对果蝇幼虫毒力比对成虫毒力强,且斑翅果蝇比黑腹果蝇对杀虫剂更敏感,氨基甲酸酯类杀虫剂茚虫威,烟碱类杀虫剂噻虫嗪、茚虫威和吡虫啉对果蝇的致死作用效果低下,烟碱类杀虫剂啶虫脒对黑腹果蝇致死效应高于斑翅果蝇;菊酯类杀虫剂高效氯氟氰菊酯致死毒力高于菊酯类杀虫剂联苯菊酯,生物制剂多杀霉素和甲维盐致死毒力最强。
- Abstract:
- Taking Drosophila suzukii and Drosophila melanogaster as tested insects,using stomach-tag combination virulent measurement method to test the virulence of five types of pesticides on larvae and adults of Drosophila melanogaster and Drosophila suzukii laboratory populations,and using the field spraying to test effectiveness of six insecticides on fruit flies.The results showed that virulents of the pesticides tested on fruit fly larvae were stronger than that on the adults,and Drosophila suzukii was more sensitive to pesticides.The toxic effects and control effects of carbamate insecticide indoxacarb,neonicotinoid insecticide thiamethoxam,indoxacarb and imidacloprid were lower.Pyrethroid insecticide lambda-cyhalothrin lethal virulence were higher than pyrethroid insecticide bifenthrin,biologics spinosad and emamectin lethal virulence were the strongest.
