- 以菜青虫为研究对象,利用95%乙醇溶剂萃取臭椿叶中有效成分,测定了不同浓度的臭椿叶乙醇提取物对菜青虫生物活性的影响。结果表明:臭椿叶乙醇提取物对菜青虫具有明显的拒食和生长抑制作用,毒杀作用较好,且呈现出良好的剂量效应和时间效应。处理后24、48 h的半致死浓度(LC50)分别为20.14、14.22 g?L-1,非选择拒食中浓度(AFC50)分别为13.73、8.45 g?L-1,生长抑制中浓度分别为10.89、8.09 g?L-1。
- Abstract:
- Taking Pieris rapae as research object,the effective components of leaves of Ailanthus altissima Swingle were extracted with 95% alcohol,and the biological activities of extracts were detected against Pieris rapae Larvae.The results showed that the extracts had significant antifeeding activity,growth inhibition activity and certain stomach toxicity to Pieris rapae Larvae.The biological activities of extracts were dose dependent and time-dependent.After the extracts were fed for 24 hours,48 hours,the LC50in Pieris rapae Larvae were 20.14 g?L-1,14.22 g?L-1,respectively;while AFC50 were 13.73 g?L-1,8.45 g?L-1,respectively.Meanwhile,the growth inhibitions of 50% were 10.89 g?L-1,8.09 g?L-1,respectively.
