- 以北京市为例,分析了近40年来蔬菜自给率的变化,根据国内蔬菜的现实生产潜力、常住人口的变化趋势测算了北京市“十三五”期间的蔬菜自给潜力,在此基础上从结构调整、技术研发与推广、基地建设等角度提出了提高大城市蔬菜自给能力的相关对策,以期为我国大城市的蔬菜保障提供可借鉴的思路。
- Abstract:
- The change trend of vegetables self-sufficient capacity in the nearly 40 years after the reform and opening up policy in Beijing was analyzed,the potential vegetables self-sufficient capacity in the future was calculated with the vegetable production potential at home and abroad,resident population change trends in the way of vegetable production.On this basis,the countermeasures were proposed to improve the vegetables self-sufficient capacity,hoping to provide a reference for the development of Beijing’s vegetables industry,so as to provide ideas for Chinese big city vegetables guarantee.
