- 以蛇莓、金银花、野菊花和蒲公英为研究对象,采用氢化物发生原子荧光光谱法测定几种抗癌中草药不同器官中的硒含量。通过对比分析金银花、野菊花和蒲公英不同器官的硒富集系数来探讨其富硒能力。结果表明:金银花、野菊花和蒲公英的叶片相对其它器官具有较高的硒富集能力;蛇莓的根部相对其它器官具有相对较高的硒富集能力。金银花、野菊花和蒲公英适合叶面喷硒,而蛇莓适合根部施硒。
- Abstract:
- Taking several anti-cancer Chinese herbs as the research object(Ducheshea indica ?(Andr.) Focke, Dendranthema indicum,Lonicera japonica Thunb.and Taraxacum mongolicum Hand.Mazz.),by analyzing and comparing the concentrating coefficients of selenium in different organs of several anti-cancer Chinese herbs,to explore their selenium-enriched capability. The results showed that leaves of Lonicera japonica Thunb., Dendranthema indicum and Taraxacum mongolicum Hand.Mazz.,and roots of Duchesnea indica (Andr.) Focke had relatively higher selenium enriched capability.And analysis suggests that Lonicera japonica Thunb., Dendranthema indicum and Taraxacum mongolicum Hand.Mazz.were suitable for foliar spraying selenium,but Duchesnea indica (Andr.) was suitable for fertilizer selenium in its root.
