- 以莲子心为试材,乙醇溶液为提取剂,采用超声波萃取法,进行单因素试验和L9(34)正交实验,研究乙醇浓度、提取时间、料液比和提取温度对总黄酮提取率的影响。结果表明:影响莲子心中总黄酮提取率的主要因素是乙醇浓度,其次依次为提取温度、料液比、超声波萃取时间;提取的最佳条件为:乙醇浓度60%,提取温度70℃,料液比1∶24 g/mL,超声波萃取时间30 min,该条件下得到的总黄酮的提取率为10.86mg/g。
- Abstract:
- Taking lotus plumule as test material and ethanol as extraction agent,using means of ultrasonic wave treatment.Effects of extracting temperature,ratio of the raw material and solvent,ultrasonic extracting time,and ethanol concentration on the rate of lotus plumule total flavonoids extraction were studied through the single factor control method and L9 (34) orthogonal design,with the extractive yield of total flavones as the index.The results showed that the order of factor affecting the extracting rate of total flavones was as followed:ethanol concentration,temperature,solid-to-liquid ratio and extraction time.Optimal extraction conditions were obtained as follows:concentration of ethanol was 60%,solid-to-liquid ratio was 1∶24 g/mL,extraction temperature was 70℃and extraction time was 30 min.The extracting rate of total flavones was 10.86 mg/g under these optimal conditions.
