- 以桶栽方式,利用化学需氧量(Chemical oxygen demand,COD)配制不同浓度的造纸废水对不同生长期的芦苇进行灌溉,研究不同浓度造纸废水灌溉条件下土壤中pH值、Ca2+和反硝化细菌的变化及其相互作用。结果表明:在芦苇快速生长期,灌溉不同浓度废水对根际土壤的pH值、Ca2+含量和反硝化细菌数量的调节作用最强。灌溉废水浓度为300 mg/L时,芦苇不同生育期根际土壤中pH值、Ca2+含量和反硝化细菌数量的变化最大;综合pH值、Ca2+含量、反硝化细菌数量在不同灌溉周期和不同废水浓度条件下的变化规律,确定在芦苇快速生长期灌溉浓度为300 mg/L的废水对湿地土壤的影响作用最强;该研究为造纸废水灌溉对盐碱化湿地修复提供理论依据,并为合理构建废水灌溉模式提供辅助依据。
- Abstract:
- The different COD concentration of papermaking wastewater was used to irrigation the reeds (planted in barrel) in the different growth periods,the soil pH value,calcium content and the quantity of denitrifying bacteria were studied.The results showed that the greatest impact of different concentration of papermaking wastewater on rhizosphere soil pH value,calcium content and the quantity of denitrifying bacteria were found in the fast growth period of reeds.The volume change of rhizosphere soil pH value,calcium content and the quantity of denitrifying bacteria were found when the concentration of papermaking wastewater was 300 mg/L.The findings of this study would provide theory bases for improving saline wetlands restoration in the future.
