- 以小白菜和小青菜为试材,采用盆栽试验,研究了镉(Cd)、汞(Hg)和砷(As)3种重金属元素对2种蔬菜生长的影响及其在蔬菜地上部的累积效应,探讨了土壤重金属总量、有效态含量与蔬菜地上部重金属含量的相关关系以及土壤理化性质对重金属在蔬菜可食部位累积的影响。结果表明:2种蔬菜地上部干物重与土壤Cd含量呈显著负相关,土壤Hg、As含量对蔬菜干物重的影响不显著;小白菜富集3种重金属元素的能力大于小青菜,3种元素在地上部的富集能力大小顺序为Cd>Hg>As;土壤Cd总量与地上部Cd含量呈显著正相关,Hg总量与小白菜Hg含量显著正相关、与小青菜Hg含量相关性不显著,As总量与2种蔬菜As含量相关性均不显著;土壤有效态Cd、As含量与2种蔬菜的Cd、As含量均呈显著的正相关;土壤有效态Hg与小白菜Hg含量显著相关,与小青菜Hg含量相关性不显著;提高土壤pH和有机质含量均显著抑制蔬菜可食部位对Cd的富集,但对抑制As、Hg累积的影响不显著。
- Abstract:
- Taking Brassica chinensis and Brassica pekinensisas materials,with pot experiment,the effect of Cd,Hg and As on the growth and their enrichment in edible parts of vegetables were studied,the correlation between total content of heavy metal elements and the available content in soil and heavy metal elements contents in edible parts of were discussed and the influence of enrichment of soil physicochemical properties on the heavy metal elements accumulation in edible parts of vegetables were discussed.The results showed that,the above dry matter of the two vegetables were significantly reduced by increasing soil total Cd content,while Hg and As content had no significant influence on above dry matter;The accumulation capacity of heavy metals of Brassica chinensiswas higher than that of Brassica pekinensis,the order of the translocation capacity of different elements was Cd>Hg>As;There was a significant correlation between total Cd content in soil and that of the edible parts of the two kinds of vegetables,and there existed a significantly positive correlation between total Hg content and that of edible parts of Brassica chinensis,and no significant correlation with Brassica pekinensis,while total As content had no relation to that of edible parts of two vegetables;There were a significant correlation between effective state Cd and As content in soil and that of the edible parts of the two kinds of vegetables;The Hg content in Brassica chinensiswas significant correlated with effective state As in soil,and was no significant correlation with Brassica pekinensis;An increase in the pH values and organic matter content could significantly inhibit the accumulation of Cd of edible parts of the two kinds of vegetables,while it had no remarkable effect on that of Hg and As.
