- 以红花二号种子为试材,采用豆芽机培养,研究了温度(22、24、26、28、30℃)对红花芽菜生物学性状及其营养成分黄酮和腺苷含量的影响。结果表明:26~28℃条件下,红花芽菜生物学性状较优,且于28℃时净菜比最大,达5.99;温度由22℃增加到28℃时,黄酮含量从5.15 mg/g增加到28.03 mg/g,30℃时黄酮含量迅速降低为11.67 mg/g;而腺苷在28℃处理下含量最高为58.42 μg/g,22℃处理下腺苷含量最低,为47.45 μg/g。表明温度对芽菜生长有很大的影响,不同温度处理对红花芽菜中黄酮含量影响显著,对腺苷含量有一定影响。
- Abstract:
- Taking safflower II seeds as material,the effect of temperatures (22,24,26,28,30℃) on the biological characters of safflower sprout and the contents of flavones and adenosine were studied for bean sprouts machine training.The results showed that the output ratio of safflower sprout was bigger at 26~28℃,the average value was 5.99 at 28℃,the flavones content increased from 5.15 mg/g to 28.03 mg/g when the temperature increased from 22~28℃,and the flavones content decreased rapidly at 30℃,that was 11.67 mg/g.Besides,the adenosine content was the highest at 28℃,that was 58.42 μg/g and the lowest at 22℃,that was 47.45 μg/g.Therefore,temperature had a great impact on the sprout growth speed of safflower sprout.With the change of temperature,it had significant effect on the content of flavones and adenosine in safflower sprout.
