- 黄瓜抗冷性是我国华北及东北等地区黄瓜育种的重要目标,迄今为止,已有许多学者对黄瓜抗冷性进行了较深入的研究。现对国内外常用的田间自然环境鉴定、大棚可控条件鉴定和实验室间接鉴定等黄瓜抗冷性鉴定方法以及种子综合活力、形态学、细胞学、生理生化等鉴定指标进行了综述,并对黄瓜耐冷鉴定指标体系的建立、黄瓜抗冷鉴定温度的统一、抗冷性鉴定操作过程的规范、抗冷性育种发展的方向等进行了展望和建议,旨在为黄瓜抗冷性优质资源鉴定、育种以及我国黄瓜抗冷性鉴定方法技术规范的制定提供参考依据。

- Cold-resistanceofcucumberisanimportantgoalofcucumberbreedinginNorth,NortheastandotherregionsinChina.Sofar,manyscholarshaddonealargeamountofworksonthecoldresistanceofcucumber.Nowtheappraisalmethodsoflowtemperaturetoleranceincucumbersuchasnaturalenvironmentidentification,controlledconditionsidentificationofgreenhouseandlaboratoryindirectidentification,andappraisalindexessuchasseedsvigor,morphology,cytology,physiologyandbiochemicalidentificationthatalwaysusedinbothdomesticandforeignweresummarized.Atthesametime,theconstructionofidentificationindexsystemofcoldcucumber,theunityofidentificationtemperatureofcoldcucumber,thenormsofidentificationprocedureofcoldresistance,thebreedingdevelopmentdirectionofcoldresistancewerediscussedandrecommended,aimedtoprovideareferenceforidentificationofhighqualityresourcesincoldcucumber,breedingandtheformulationofidentificationtechniquespecificationsofcoldcucumber.
