- 以8个蜜环菌菌种为试材,研究比较了8个蜜环菌菌种在7种培养基配方上接种效果。结果表明:8个菌种在以栎皮煮水加PDA的配方中萌发时间最短,平均为4.3d;在PDA和栎皮煮水加PDA配方上平均满皿时间最短,为24.1d和23.7d;在麦芽汁半固体和混合培养基上菌索干重最大,平均为0.1600g和0.1680g。在各种培养基上以M7菌株长势最好,菌索干重最大。

- TakingeightArmillariamelleastrainsastestmaterial,theeffectoftheinoculatedwereculturedonsevenmediaforbestculturalmediascreening.TheresultsshowedthatamodifiedPDAmediumwithoaktreebarkextractswasthebestgerminationmediumforallthe8strains,withanaveragetimeof4.3d.ThestrainscolonizedallthepetridishesonPDAandthemodifiedPDAmediawiththeaveragetimeof24.1and23.7d,respectively.Ontheotherhand,thebestculturalmediaforrhizomorphproductionweremaltextractsub-solidmediumandmixturemedium,withrhizomorphweightof0.1600gand0.1680g.Basedongrowthrateandrhizomorphweight,thebestculturalstrainwasM7.
