- 以9个月季品种为试材,对感月季黑斑病的病原菌进行分离和鉴定,研究了其病原菌孢子浓度、温度和苗龄对月季黑斑病发病的影响。结果表明:孢子浓度2×105个/mL,温度25℃,植物苗龄为二叶期时调查相应发病情况,其结果可在一定程度上初步反映月季品种真实的抗黑斑病能力。
- Abstract:
- Takingninevarietiesofroseasmaterials,thepathogenidentificationofroseblackspotwasseparatedandidentificated,andtheeffectofsporeconcentration,temperatureandseedlingageontheincidenceofroseblackspotdiseasewerestudied.Theresultsshowedthatwhentheconcentrationofsporeswas2×105/mL,thetemperature25℃andtheageofseedlingatthetwoleavesstage,itwasjusttherighttimetoinvestigatetheincidence.TosomeextentitcanpreliminarilyreflectthetrueabilityoftheresistancetoMarssoninarosae.
