- 以从黔西南州安龙县金银花种植基地采集的感立枯病植株为试材,采用组织分离法对该病原菌进行了分离、鉴定和室内毒力测定,以期明确金银花立柱病的发生特点,并为该病的防治提出相应措施。结果表明:经鉴定,金银花立枯病的病原菌为立枯丝核菌(Rhizoctonia solani Kuhn.);5种供试药剂中,50%多菌灵、70%甲基托布津、80%炭疽福美对金银花立枯病菌丝有较好的抑制效果;同时针对此病害的发生特点,提出应合理轮作、适时播种、加强田间管理和药剂防治相结合等措施。
- Abstract:
- Taking seedling blight diseased leaves of Lonicera japonic Thunb. collected from Anlong country Southwest Guizhou as material,the isolation was separated and identified using tissue isolation method,and its toxicity determination was determined,in order to understand the occurrence characteristics of seedling blight and put forward control methods.The results showed that the seedling blight pathogen was identified to be Rhizoctonia solani Kuhn..5 fungicides were tested in vitro for efficacy against the Rhizoctonia solani Kuhn.Test on mycelia growth showed that 50% carbendazim,70% mildothane,80% thiram were the most effective fungicides.Based on occurrence characteristics of Lonicera japonic Thunb.Seedling blight,some corresponding control suggestions were put forward,including reasonable rotation,timely sowing,strengthen field management and chemical control and so on.
