- 以“索邦”和“西伯利亚”百合为试材,研究了不同干燥时间和不同预处理温度及不同化冻方式对花粉超低温保存后百合花粉萌发率的影响。结果表明:不同干燥时间和不同预处理温度对超低温保存后花粉的萌发率有显著影响。与对照相比,2 h干燥预处理(即花粉的含水量分别为7.67%和7.27%)后百合花粉的萌发率显著高于1、3、4 h处理的;-20℃低温预冻处理后百合花粉的萌发率显著高于CK(室温)、0℃、-70℃处理的;超低温保存后40℃水浴化冻效果最佳。
- Abstract:
- Taking ‘Sorbonne’ and ‘Siberia’ lily as test materials,the effect of different drying time and different pretreatment temperature and different thawing methods on pollen germination rate after cryopreservation were studied.The results showed that drying time and pretreatment temperature affected the pollen germination after cryopeservation.The germination viability of pollen for 2 h drying pretreatment(with water content of 7.67% and 7.27% respectively) were higher than that of 1,3,4 h.The germination viability of pollen for -20℃ temperature pretreatment was higher than that of CK,0℃,-70℃.Thawing method for 40℃ was better than other two treatments.
