- 以离子浓度为0.06、0.12、0.18 mol/L的等渗NaCl、NaHCO3和Na2SO4 3种钠盐溶液分别对“乌金六号”茄子种子进行胁迫处理,研究了等渗钠盐胁迫对于茄子种子发芽特性的影响。结果表明:等渗NaCl、NaHCO3和 Na2SO4盐溶液处理均可对茄子种子萌发起到一定的抑制作用;NaHCO3处理对茄子种子萌发的抑制作用最强,NaCl次之,Na2SO4最弱;供试种子可以忍耐0.06 mol/L NaCl胁迫、0.03 mol/L NaHCO3胁迫和0.06 mol/L Na2SO4胁迫。
- Abstract:
- The eggplant ‘Wujin No.6’ seeds were stressed by iso-osmotic salt of NaCl,NaHCO3 and Na2SO4 solutions in the ion concentration of 0.06,0.12,0.18 mol/L,and the effect of the iso-osmotic salt stressing on their germinate characteristics were studied.The results showed that the iso-osmotic salt of NaCl,NaHCO3 and Na2SO4 solutions all had certain antiblastic effect on the germination of the eggplant seeds;the germination of the eggplant seeds treated by NaHCO3 had the strongest antiblastic effect of the three,the second was NaCl,and the third was Na2SO4.The seeds could tolerate 0.06 mol/L NaCl,0.03 mol/L NaHCO3 and 0.06 mol/L Na2SO4 stress.
