- 以延迟采收的金柑为试材,观察研究了金柑采收后分别经0.5、1.5、2.5 mmol/L水杨酸和清水处理后,在室温和低温贮藏过程中果实品质和腐烂率的变化,以期探讨水杨酸处理结合不同温度贮藏对金柑贮藏性的影响。结果表明:低温贮藏可有效降低金柑的腐烂率,缓解贮藏过程中金柑果实可溶性固形物含量、还原糖含量、总糖含量以及维生素含量的下降,而水杨酸处理效果不显著。
- Abstract:
- Taking Fortunella crassifolia with delayed harvest as material,the effect of 0.5,1.5,2.5 mmol/L SA treatments and water treatment on the Fortunella crassifolia fruit quality and rot rate were studied at 4℃ and 25℃ for studying their effects on fruit storability of Fortunella crassifolia.The results showed that fruit storage at 4℃ could restrain the occurrence of rotten,delay the decrease of the fruit TSS content,reducing sugar content,total sugar content and VC content.There was no obvious changes on fruit quality caused by SA treatment
