- 采用生长速率法测定了采自云南思茅的13种药用植物丙酮粗提物对水稻纹枯病菌(Rhizoctonia solani)、茄链格孢菌(Alternaria solani)、腐皮镰刀菌(Fusarium solani)和香蕉炭疽菌(Colletotrichum musae)的抑菌活性。结果表明:在不同的植物样品浓度(0.1、0.01、0.005 g/mL)〖JP2〗下,13种药用植物丙酮粗提物对4种供试植物病原真菌的菌丝生长均表现出一定抑制活性,抑菌率在1.0%~90.2%之间。算盘子(Glochidion puberum)、三叉苦(Euodia lepta)和水蓼(Polygonum hydropiper)对4种植物病真菌的抑菌率为11.7%~90.2%,三者具有进一步研究和开发的价值。
- Abstract:
- The antifungal activities of acetone crude extracts from 13 medicinal plants in Yunnan Simao on Rhizoctonia solani,Alternaria solani,Fusarium solani,and Colletotrichum musae were determined by grow rate methods.The results indicated that acetone extracts with different concentration (0.1,0.01 g/mL and 0.005 g/mL) from the 13 medicinal plants showed inhibition activities on the mycelia growth of 4 sampled phytopathogenic fungi,and the inhibition rate were from 1.0 % to 90.2%.The inhibition rates of Glochidion puberum,Euodia lepta and Polygonum hydropiper on 4 fungi were from 11.7% to 90.2%,so the G.puberum, E.lepta and P.hydropiper had values for further research and development.
