- 以菠菜为试材,在单因素试验的基础上,采用响应面法的Box-Behnken进行试验设计,对菠菜中黄酮类物质的提取条件进行了优化。结果表明:菠菜中黄酮类物质的最佳提取条件为:提取剂80%乙醇,料液比1∶21.1,温度73.1℃,浸提时间64.1 min。
- Abstract:
- Taking spinach as material,the extraction of flavonoid from spinach was optimized by response surface methodology based on Box-Behnken.The results showed that the optimum extraction conditions were as follows:extraction solvent was 80% ethanol,ratio of material to liquid 1∶21.1,extraction temperature 73.1℃,extraction time 64.1 min.
