- 以新采收的黑籽南瓜种子为试材,选取10%过氧化氢、浓硫酸、10%高锰酸钾、10%氢氧化钠、200 mg/L 赤霉素5种化学药剂处理黑籽南瓜种子,观察其发芽率,以期筛选出能满足生产上提高种子发芽率的适合药剂。结果表明:用10%的过氧化氢处理黑籽南瓜种子2 h,发芽率高达93.33%,不仅与用清水处理的对照有显著性差异,而且与其它化学药剂处理的结果也存在显著性差异,是较理想的药剂。
- Abstract:
- Taking new seeds of Cucurbita ficifolia Bauche as materials,the effect of different chemical treatments(10% hydrogen peroxide,concentrated sulfuric acid,10% potassium permanganate,10% sodium hydroxide,200 mg/L gibberellin) on germination rate were studied,the purpose of the test was to screen the suitable chemical for pharmaceutical production.The results showed that the germination rate of Cucurbita ficifolia Bauche seeds treated by 10% hydrogen peroxide was up to 93.33%,and it was significant different with water treated control,as well as others.It largely improved the germination rate,and was an ideal chemical.
