- 新疆葡萄产量占我国葡萄产量的23%以上,葡萄干产量占全国市场总量的90%以上,因此,只有充分发挥新疆葡萄产业的资源优势,增强其产品市场竞争力,才能确保新疆葡萄产业健康持续发展。现从新疆发展葡萄产业的资源优势、种植面积、产量、施肥技术、灌溉水平等方面分析了新疆葡萄生产现状及存在问题,并从鲜食、葡萄酒开发及葡萄干三方面分析了新疆葡萄产业发展现状,提出了新疆葡萄生产及产业发展中急需研究的一些热点问题。
- Abstract:
- The total output of grape in Xinjiang has been more than 23% in China.The total raisins output has been more than 90% in the national market.By making full use of the resource advantage of grape industry in Xinjiang,market competition power should be enhanced in selling grape products in order to promote the healthy and sustainable development of grape industry in Xinjiang.From the resource advantage,planting area,yield,fertility,irrigation level and other aspects,the development status and existing problems in the grape production were analyzed.At the same time,the current situation of the grape industry in Xinjiang was analyzed from fresh food,grape wine industry and raisins three respects.Some hot issues,which are about the grape production and industry development in Xinjiang are being presented.
