- 选用浅蓝和玫红2个不同颜色的花韭品种为试材,利用英国皇家园艺学会比色卡(RHSCC)和分光光度计测色,并结合徒手切片以及扫描电镜等方法对内部色素分布和表皮细胞形状进行观察。结果表明:2个花韭品种之间不同的花色主要取决于上表皮细胞层中的色素;扫描电镜(SEM)观察花瓣上下表皮细胞间形状存在巨大差异,说明花韭花瓣中色素分布和表皮细胞形状均影响了花色的形成。
- Abstract:
- Taking two common varieties Ipheion uniflorum ‘Wisley Blue’ and ‘Charlotte Bishop’,which respectively showed light blue and rosy pink as test materials,the effects of physico-properties on flower color development of Ipheion uniflorum were investigated.The flower color was determined by Royal Horticultural Society Color Chart (RHSCC) and KONICA MINOLTA CR-400.The results showed that the observation of cross sections revealed that the different color of ‘Wisley Blue’ and ‘Charlotte Bishop’ basically were caused by different pigmentation,which were both located in upper epidermal cells.In addition,upper and lower epidermal cell shape of blue and pink petals were examined by scanning electron microscope (SEM).Significant difference was found in the cell shape between upper and lower petal surfaces.This suggested that the shades of color were associated with pigment distribution as well as the shape of epidermal cell.
