- 采用离体叶片接种法,鉴定比较了20种圆形果类和20种棒形果类茄子品种对灰霉病的抗病能力。结果表明:供试的不同茄子品种对茄子灰霉病的抗病性存在显著差异,分为4种抗病类型,其中圆果类茄子中“六叶茄”、“黑皇后”、“鄂茄一号”、“特优牛心茄”4个品种为高感品种,“大叶白花”等5个品种为中感品种,“园杂5号”等4个品种为高抗品种,“茄杂快圆王”等7个品种为中抗品种;棒形果类的20个品种中,“渝早茄二号”、“早二红茄”以及“黑骑士长茄”3个品种为高感品种,“金满地紫红长茄”、“尼克长茄”、“香蕉茄”以及“渝早茄四号”为中感品种,“渝研二号”、“宫崎早茄”、“美茄一号”、“天使丽人”等8个品种为中抗品种,“黑龙王长茄”等5个品种属于高抗品种。
- Abstract:
- The indoor identificatiion of disease resistance of different eggplant varieties to Botrytis cinerea were studied with the inoculation method in vitro in our experiment.The results showed that there were significant difference between the tested varieties.In the round shape eggplant varieties,‘Liuye eggplant’,‘Heihuanghou’,‘Eqie 1’ and ‘Teyouniuxin eggplant’ were highly susceptible varities,‘Yuanza 5’,‘Dezhouduanbahong eggplant’ and ‘Xingchengzhiyuan eggplant’ were highly resistant varieties,‘Qiezakuaiyuanwang’,‘Daben eggplant’,‘Hanyu green eggplant’,‘Jingyuliang eggplant’,‘Dahongpao eggplant’,‘Taile eggplant’ were middle resistant varieties,and ‘Dabaihua’,‘Mei eggplant 1’,‘Jinxuankuai eggplant’ and ‘Pinghubai eggplant’ were the middle susceptible varieties.Of all stick shape eggplant varieties,there were three highly susceptible cultivars,which included ‘Yuzao eggplant two’,‘Zhaoerhong eggplant’,‘Heiqishi eggplant’ were high susceptible varities;‘Zichang eggplant’,‘Nikechang eggplant’,‘Xiangjiao eggplant’ were middle susceptible varieties,‘Yuyan two’,‘Gongqizao eggplant’ et al were middle resistant varieties;‘Heilongwangchang eggplant’,‘Chunqiuchang eggplant’ et al were high resistant varieties.
