- 以不同规格喜树枝为试材,进行嫁接育苗试验研究。结果表明:不同规格接穗对嫁接成活率和嫁接苗的高、径生长均有极显著影响。不同规格的接穗,嫁接成活率从高到低排序为径粗≥0.5 cm的2 a生枝>径粗≥0.5 cm的1 a生枝>径粗<0.5 cm的1 a生枝;不同规格的接穗嫁接苗高、径生长量从高到低排序为径粗≥0.5 cm的1 a生枝>径粗≥0.5 cm的2 a生枝>径粗<0.5 cm的1 a生枝;从喜树不同规格接穗对嫁接成活率和嫁接苗的高、径生长的影响综合分析,径粗<0.5 cm的1 a生枝不宜作接穗,径粗≥0.5 cm的1 a生枝和径粗≥0.5 cm的2 a生枝嫁接效果好。
- Abstract:
- With different specifications of Camptotheca acuminata branches as test material,experiment for grafting seedling was studied.The results showed that different specifications of scion exerted great effects on grafted seedlings’ survival rate,height and diameter growth of Camptotheca acuminata grafting.The specifications were as followed,ordered from higher survival rate to lower one:2-year-old branches with diameter over 0.5 cm>1-year-old branches with diameter over 0.5 cm>1-year-old branches with diameter under 0.5 cm;from higher height and diameter growth to lower one:1-year-old branches with diameter over 0.5 cm>2-year-old branches with diameter over 0.5 cm>1-year-old branches with diameter under 0.5 cm.Based on comprehensive analysis,the overall result showed that 1-year-old branches with diameter under 0.5 cm were not suitable for scion,and 1-year-old and 2-year-old branches with diameter over 0.5 cm were more suitable for scion.
