- 采用单宁-蛋白沉淀法测定葡萄籽超微粉中的单宁含量,分别从机器精密度,线性范围,方法检出限,方法精密度,加标回收率等方面进行比较,以研究葡萄籽超微粉中单宁含量的测定方法。结果表明:机器精密度1.144%,线性范围50~250 μg/mL(R2=0.9966),方法检出限0.339 μg/mL,平行性精密度0.2454%,重复性精密度0.2159%,加标回收率为97.47%~101.49%。该方法可用于葡萄籽超微粉中单宁含量的测定。
- Abstract:
- Using the method of tannin-protein precipitate to detect the content of tannins,the experimental condition from the precision of the machine,linearity,method detection limit (MDL),accuracy and recovery to carry on the comparison were analyzed,in order to determinate the concentration of tannins in the ultrafine powder of grape seed.The results showed that the linearity of correlation of catechin were good in the range of 50~250 μg/mL (R2=0.9966),the precision of the machine was 1.144%,MDL 0.339 μg/mL,the parallel precision 0.2454%,the repeatability precision 0.2159% and the recovery rate was 97.47%~101.49%.The method was able to determine the content of tannins in the ultrafine powder of grape seed.
