- 基于金针菇菌渣再利用和对环境污染综合考虑,将金针菇菌渣按22%、42%、64%、85%的比例代替部分棉籽壳用于秀珍菇的栽培研究。结果表明:培养料配方中菌渣的添加量与菌丝生长速度呈负相关,菌渣占22%配方中菌丝生长速度最快,为1.13 cm/d,而菌渣占85%配方中菌丝生长速度最慢,为0.80 cm/d;根据三潮菇的产量,配方中菌渣占22%、42%配方的产量和生物转化率均高于对照组,生物转化率分别为101%、99%,而菌渣占85%的配方生物转化率最低,为83%,大大低于对照组。
- Abstract:
- Velutipes mushroom residue re-use and comprehensive consideration of environmental pollution,Flammulina mushroom residue by 22%,42%,64%,85% the proportion of instead of part of the cotton seed shell for cultivation of Pleurotus geesteranus.The results showed that the residue amount of bacteria in culture medium formulations and mycelial growth rate was negatively correlated,mushroom residue accounted for the fastest mycelial growth rate of 22% formulations,1.13 cm/d,the bacteria residue accounted for 85% formulations bacteria wire was most slow growth rate of 0.80 cm/d;wave of mushroom production,mushroom residue in the formula accounted for 22%,42% formulation,production and biotransformation rate higher than that in the control group,the biotransformation rate of 101%,99%,and bacteria residue accounted for 85% of the formula biotransformation rate of the lowest 83%,much lower than the control group.
