- 以“豫园1号”、“豫新55”、“津绿80”、“潍白8号”和“金秋90”大白菜品种为试材,测定了5种大白菜品种在不同浓度的汞和SA缓解汞胁迫下的水培幼苗的叶绿素a+b、MDA、脯氨酸含量等生理指标。结果表明:在叶绿素a+b含量变化方面,以“豫新55”的综合表现最好;在MDA含量变化方面,以“豫园1号”的综合表现最好;而在脯氨酸含量变化方面,以“金秋90”的表现最好;同时500 mg/L SA对汞胁迫的缓解效应好于100 mg/L SA。
- Abstract:
- Five different cabbage varieties including ‘Yuyuan No.1’,‘Yuxin 55’,‘Jinlv 80’,‘Weibai No.8’ and ‘Jinqiu 90’ were selected as materials.Such physiological indexes as chlorophyll a+b content,MDA content,and proline content of the water-cultured seedlings treated under different concentrations of Hg2+ stress and SA-alleviated Hg2+ stress were determined.The results showed that variety ‘Xuxin No.55’ showed the best comprehensive performance in chlorophyll a+b content,variety ‘Yuyuan No.1’ presented the best comprehensive performance in MDA content,while variety ‘Jinqiu No.90’ demonstrated the best comprehensive performance in proline content.The results also indicated that the alleviation effects of 500 mg/L SA are better than that of 100 mg/L SA.
