- 在对工厂化育苗特点及优势论述的基础上,重点分析了三亚市发展工厂化育苗具有的独特的气候资源优势、雄厚的设施基础、广阔的市场前景、政府的政策支持等有利条件,提出了三亚市发展工厂化育苗应加强政策引导,长远规划,加大资金扶持规模,适当加大研究力度,强化技术“本土化”和培育龙头企业,打造品牌秧苗,促进工厂化育苗人才队伍快速发展等建议。
- Abstract:
- Beneficial conditions including unique climate resources advantages, well equipped facility bases, broad market prosperous and favorite government policies for development of seedling batch production in Sanya were selectively analyzed, apart from illustration of characteristics and advantages of batch production. Suggestions were proposed to enhance policy guidance, long-term plan, increase financial support and investment in research, encourage technology local practices, develop leading enterprise, create famous seedling brand and promote rapid team development on seedling batch production.
