摘要:
现代农业示范基地的网络信息检索技术培训是农业科技培训的必要延伸与有益补充，是农村信息人才培养的基础环节。现以农村信息用户的知识需求为导向，论述了示范基地网络信息检索技术培训的内容和形式，探讨了农村信息人才培养的途径与方法，指出了现代农业示范基地培训服务设施的建设要求，提出了高校图书馆参与示范基地信息技术教育培训的建议。
Abstract:
The training on internet information retrieval technology in modern agricultural demonstration base is a necessary extension and beneficial supplement for agricultural sci-tech training，and a basic link for information talent training in rural areas.Guided by information users’ demands for knowledge in rural areas，the article discussed the content and form of Internet information retrieval technology training in modern agricultural demonstration base and the methods of training information talents in rural areas，pointed out the construction requirements for service facilities，and put forward a suggestion that university libraries be involved in information technology training service in demonstration base.
