- 采用GC-MS方法分析用水蒸气蒸馏法提取的杨树叶中的挥发性物质。结果表明:杨树叶共检测出28种挥发性化合物,包括烷烃类、烯烃类、酚类、酯类、萜类、酮类、醛类、酸类、胺类、抗氧化剂BHT。其中除一些常见的烷烃类外还有14种化合物,其中酚类有3种,分别是苯酚、对乙烯基愈疮木酚、丁香酚;酯类有3种,分别是苯甲酸叶醇酯、棕榈酸乙酯、亚麻酸乙酯;1,2-环己二酮;2-羟基苯甲醛;萜类物质叶绿醇;Nonahexacontanoic acid;1-十九烯;2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚;还有1-溴二十二烷和邻异丙基苯胺。这些挥发性物质中的丁香酚、苯酚、亚麻酸乙酯等对杨树的抗病性起一定作用。
- Abstract:
- The volatile compounds from poplar leaves were extracted by steam distillation method and analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.The results showed that poplar leaves were detected 28 kinds of volatile componds in total,including alkyl hydrocarbon kind,olefins kind,phenolic kind,esters,terpenoids,ketone,aldehydes,amino acids,class,antioxidant BHT.Except some common alkane among them there were 14 of chemical compounds,of which there were three phenols were phenol,to the vinyl sores wood phenol,eugenol;There weare three kinds of esters were benzoic acid alcohol ester,palm leaves acid ethyl ester,flax acid ethyl ester;1,2-ring has two ketone;2-hydroxyl benzaldehyde;Terpenoids material picture of alcohol;Nonahexacontanoic acid;1-19 ene;2,6-two uncle butyl to cresol;And 1-bromine polyurethanes and adjacent isopropyl 22,aniline.These volatile substance to the types of the disease resistance poplar might play a role.
