- 以“渝紫263”红薯叶为试材,采用六因素三水平正交实验设计提取红薯叶黄酮,优选红薯叶黄酮的提取工艺。结果表明:60%的乙醇,固液比1∶20、温度40℃、20 min、提取3次、功率187.5 W为最佳提取方案;该方案提取量稳定、方法简单、可行。
- Abstract:
- 〗In order to select the optimum extraction scheme of flavonoids from sweet potato leaves, the six-factor-three-level orthogonal experiment was established to extract flavonoids from sweet potato leaves, using ‘Yuzi-263’ as the experimental materials. The results showed that when alcohol concentration was 60%, liquid material ratio 1∶20(w/v), extraction temperature 40℃, distilled 20 minutes, extract times 3 times, ultrasonic wave power 187.5 W were the optimum extraction method, under this scheme, it was stable in extraction amount, simple in operation and feasible in practice.
