- 以采摘于河北省邢台西郊野荒坡的酸枣为试材,在酸枣成熟之前的14 d内,每隔7 d,在3个时期随机摘取野生酸枣,对酸枣整体及不同组分的干重及体积变化进行了比较,研究抢青对酸枣营养物质积累的影响。结果表明:随着采摘时间的延后,酸枣整体和果肉的质量增加,但酸枣仁、核壳的质量逐渐减少;此外,采摘越早的酸枣其霉烂程度越高
- Abstract:
- Taking wild jujube that picked up in western hillsides of Xingtai Hebei as materials,in 14 days before mature,the wild jujubes were picked every 7 days,and 3 batches of wild jujubes were acquired.Then dry weight and size of wild jujubes in 3 different batches were examined.The results showed that dry weight of wild jujube and meat of wild jujube were heavier and seed and kernel of wild jujube lighter when picked later.Besides wild jujubes picked earlier were more mouldy.
