Abstract:
Taking ‘Canggui Jiashi Melon’ ‘Lyurou Jiashi Melon’‘Zajiao Jiashi Melon’ as test materials,six salt concerntrations of 0,25,50,75,100,125 mmol?L-1 NaCl were set at bud seedling stage.The effect of salt concentration on the germination period of Jiashi melon was studied,and the subordinate function was used to evaluate the salt tolerance among cultivars,in order to screen salt tolerance Jiashi melon cultivars quickly.The results showed that the interaction of salt concentration,cultivar,cultivar and salt concentration significantly affected germination rate,germination potential,germination index,vigor index,root length,bud length and fresh weight.Under the same salt stress,there were differences in the seed germination indexes of different Jiashi melons.The comprehensive evaluation system was established by using the affiliation function method,and it was found that the comprehensive score value of conventional ‘Changgui Jiashi Melon’ cultivar was 0.898,which was more salt tolerant and the ‘Lyurou Jiashi Melon’ was salt sensitive.‘Changgui Jiashi Melon’ was more suitable for planting in moderate to light saline land.
