Abstract:
Six peach tree varieties with different cold resistance were used as test materials,the correlation between electrical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) and electrolyte permeation (EL) in the determination of the half-lethal temperature of frozen branches was studied,in order to find an easy way to evaluate peach hardiness,and also provide reference for the early identification and field cultivation of new varieties.The results showed that the cold resistance of 6 peach cultivars measured by two methods was consistent with the cold resistance in production.The electrical impedance parameter method could be used to measure the cold resistance in the later stage of cold-resistant exercise and the early stage of de-exertion.The EL method and the EIS four-parameter method both showed extremely significant positive correlations,among which the τ method had the highest correlation coefficient of 0.904.The path coefficient of the τ method was -1.389,the linear equation was y=1.012 6x-2.076 1,R2 was 0.817 8。
