Abstract:
The interaction between PuLOX2S promoter structure and PuWRKY and PuMYB transcription factor family members was studied by tail-PCR,Y1H and bioinformatics methods,in order to reveal the regulatory elements of PuLOX2S gene in Nanguo pears.The results showed that PuLOX2S protein was closely related to Camelina sativa CsatLOX6 and broccoli ThjLOX6,and the proportion of irregular curls in the secondary structure of PuLOX2S protein was 42.17%,which played a biological role in cytoplasmic matrix.PuLOX2S gene promoter contained ABRE,CAAT-box,TGACg-motif and other transcription factor binding sites.Pulox2s-pro could significantly interact with PuWRKY2 and PuMYB44,but not with PuWRKY21.This study provided important information for understanding the molecular mechanism of aroma synthesis of Nanguo pear.
