Abstract:
The sweet cherry leaves collected from Yantai,which were infected by Cherry green ring mottle virus (CGRMV),were used as experimental material.And the nucleic acid sequence,evolutionary relationship,protein properties and structure of CGRMV-CP were analyzed by means of RT-PCR and bioinformatic analysis,in order to provide reference for further functional research and detection applications.The results showed that the coat protein gene was determined to be 807 bp (MW201963),which encoded a 29.71 kD protein composed of 268 amino acid residues.Compared with 17 reported sequence showed that,the coincidence rate of nucleotide sequences was 75.84%-96.28%,and the amino acid sequence was 81.72%-98.51%.And the CGRMV-CP was a hydrophobic non-transmembrane protein with isoelectric point pI of 8.25,consisting of 6 α-helices,7 β-sheet structure.
