Abstract:
Two kinds of bio-control agents like compound microbial agent and culture extracts of Bacillus amylolyticus and ‘Zhangji’ strawberry were used as test materials,and the control effects of different treatments against strawberry powdery mildew was studied through the separate use and mixed use of the two agents,in order to explore the bio-control agents which can effectively control strawberry powdery mildew.The results showed that the compound microbial preparation mixed with two bio-control agents showed the best control effect(reached 94.0% on the 7th day after the fifth dose),and the yield and commercial fruit rate of strawberry was the highest.It was better than compund microbial agent(86.1%).In conclusion,the compound microbial preparation had good control effect against strawberry powdery mildew and could be popularized in strawberry production.
