Abstract:
At present,plant polysaccharides are widely use and have multiple effects,such as anti-cancer,hypoglycemia,bacteriostasis,antioxidant activities and so on,which was one of the current research hotspots.In this study,the extraction methods,components and antioxidant activities of polysaccharides from traditional Chinese medicine,mushroom polysaccharides and tea polysaccharides were reviewed in order to provide references for the study of the functional mechanism of plant polysaccharides and functional food of polysaccharides.
