Abstract:
204 Rhizoctonia solani Kuhn strains collected and isolated from seven potato growing areas in Heilongjiang Province were used as test materials,and SSR molecular marker technology was used to study the genetic differences of the strains in order to study the genetic diversity of Rhizoctonia solani Kuhn strains.The results of genetic diversity analysis showed that 10 pairs of SSR primers were used to amplify 204 tested strains,in which 10 pairs of primers could amplify polymorphic,clear and stable bands for the tested strains.According to the cluster analysis,it was found that 204 strains were divided into 4 groups when the genetic distance was 2.577 09 and the distribution of ever groups was complicated.The results showed that the genetic diversity of Rhizoctonia solani Kuhn from potato in Heilongjiang Province was complex and varied and the genetic diversity of the strain was also not significantly correlated with the sample collection.
