Abstract:
Reasonable cultivation management methods could increase quality of grapes.Cultivation measure of shoots density was effective and easy to implement.To explore the effects of shoot density on the quality of grape,a field experiment was conducted in Yaojing,Shanxi Province of ‘Cabernet Sauvignon’.‘Cabernet Sauvignon’ that cultivated in Y-shaped trellising at three different density of shoots were studied.The treatments of density shoots were control (20 shoots),10 and 15 shoots per vine.The results showed that the net photosynthetic rate of the foliar was relatively high during the process of ripening when the shoot density was 15.At harvest,the treatment with the density of 15 per vine increased the contents of soluble solids,total phenolics,non-acylatedanthocyanins.The treatment with the shoot density was 15 could be applied to increase the quality of grape fruit.
