Abstract:
Using classical statistics,geostatistical and Kriging optimal interpolation,spatial variability of soil salinity in topsoil (0-20 cm) in the Yaoba oasis of Inner Mongolia was analyzed,so as to provide scientific basis for soil salinization control in this area.The results showed that the soil of study area was alkaline chlorine-sulfate of mild soil salinization.The values of soil total salt and SO2-4 had a medium spatial correlation and other salt indexes had a strong spatial correlation.The better spatial sampling scale was 1 km.On spatial distribution pattern,the values of soil total salt,Ca2+,K++Na+,Mg2+,SO2-4 and Cl- were relatively higher in southwest than northeast,on the contrary,the values of pH and HCO-3 were relatively higher in northeast than southwest.
