Abstract:
In order to save water application and improve grape berry quality,the effect of regulated deficit irrigation (RDI) on the physicochemical,the composition and content of anthocyanin in ‘Cabernet Sauvignon’ berries and wines were investigated in 2016 in the Lilan vineyard,which might provide a certain reference for the precision water management technique of ‘Cabernet Sauvignon’ grape.The irrigation amount was treated with 60% (RDI-1),70% (RDI-2),80% (RDI-3),100% (conventional irrigation,CI),respectively.The results showed that compared with CI,RDI regimes increased the proportion of acetylated anthocyanin and coumaric acylatedanthocyanin with the reduction of non-acylated anthocyanin in grape skin.RDI-1 treatment significantly increased the content of malvidin-3-O-glucoside and malvidin-3-O-(6-O-acetyl) glucoside in both grape skin and wine.Moreover,the similar changes of the anthocyanin composition in skins was also found in wines.The comprehensive evaluation showed that both grape berries and wines possessed the highest score under 60% conventional irrigation supply.
