Abstract:
The 16 germplasm resources of Momordica charantia were used as materials to explore the resistance and physiological and biochemical characteristic by resistance inoculation and characteristic measurment,in order to supply references for screening excellent resistant lines.The results showed that 2 high resistant resourses(W002,W004),1 resistant(Y002)and 2 moderately resistant resources (S001,S007) were screened from the 16 germplasm resources.The physiological and biochemical characteristic of W002,Y002 and S004 were measured,the result showed the activities of POD,SOD,PAL and the content of MDA could be used as resistance index in early screening.
