Abstract:Actinidiachinensiswasusedasthetestmaterialwithsettingupfivedifferentpollinationmethods,theeffectsofdifferentpollinationmethodsonthefruitsettingrate,appearancecharactersofthefruit,internalqualityandyieldofActinidiachinensisfruitwerestudiedinordertosupplyreferencesforActinidiachinensisproduction.Theresultsindicatedthatamongthe5pollinationmethods,thefruitsettingrateandyieldperplantoftheActinidiachinensisbytheapproachofartificialpointpollinationwerethehighest,whichreachedup7712%and3050kgrespectively.Fromtheappearanceofthefruit,No3pollensuspensionliquidwiththemaximumtransversediameterandsinglemassofthefruitas517cmand8570gseparatelybythespraypollinated(whitegranulatedsugar2g?L-1,boricacid1g?L-1,agarose2g?L-1andpollen2g?L-1).Intermsoftheintrinsicqualityofthefruit,thetreatmentwiththehighestsolublesolidscontentandtitratableacidcontentwasprocessedwiththeartificialpointpollinationasrespectively172%and082%,whilethetreatmentwiththehighesttotalcarbohydratescontentandvitaminCcontentwasNo1pollensuspensionspraytreatmentandreached1328%and112mg?g-1.Itwasestimatedbycomprehensiveanalysisthatapplyingartificialpollinationsprayequipmentwouldbemoreefficienttosavetheproductioncost,improvethefruitrate,increasetheproduction,significantlyimprovetheappearanceandintrinsicqualityofthefruit.Therefore,No1pollensuspension(whitegranulatedsugar2g?L-1,boricacid1g?L-1,agarose2g?L-1andpollen2g?L-1)wasrecognizedasmoresuitableformassproductionofActinidiachinensisinlargearea.
